: Purchase Agreement

The signature of the Purchase Agreement will follow within twomonths as of the signature of the Agreement on Reservation and/or Agreement to Make Purchase Agreement. The payment of the remaining portion of the immovable assets price will be made upon the signature of the Purchase Agreement.
: Handover of the unit

After signing the purchase contract and paying the full purchase price, the unit will be handed over.
